What the numbers include, and what they do not
List price is what your customer pays
We never quote your customer, so the list column is not a price we enforce on you. It is the number you can lift onto your own price list unchanged if the standard margin is all you want. Price it higher and the extra is yours as well. The end-customer number is yours to set and yours to defend.
Volume reduces the unit rate
The rates above are the entry rate. Past a threshold the list rate per unit falls, and the margin comes off whatever list rate applies at that volume. One break is already published: Managed Exposure drops from $79 to $49 per domain above 25 domains. For the other lines, ask before you quote.
These are operator prices
Delivery runs on zcr, the platform we build ourselves and sell under the zcr.ai brand. Where a service needs a zcr tenant — the "Runs on" line on each service page — that licence is priced separately and is not inside the numbers above. Same company either way: you can take the platform, the people, or both.
